We are now accepting applications for work on the Presidential Election being held on 24th October 2025.  You can apply by clicking on either "Work in Carlow" OR "Work in Kilkenny" in the menu at the left hand side of this web page.

We will ONLY accept applications made through this website so please do not phone or write to us looking for work.

Persons campaigning for any party or candidate in the election are NOT ELIGIBLE to work for us on this occasion.  This includes posts made on social media.

Notice Regarding Electoral Register Appeals
County Kilkenny

Presidential Election 2025
Polling Day Friday 24th October 2025

I HEREBY GIVE YOU NOTICE THAT:

  1. The latest date for the receipt of Appeals in respect of the Register of Electors of the County of Kilkenny in advance of the Presidential Election shall be Thursday 2nd October 2025.
  2. All such Appeals will be heard by the County Registrar of Kilkenny Circuit Court, sitting at the Courthouse, Parliament Street, Kilkenny on Wednesday 8th October commencing at 10.30 a.m., and all appeals should be directed by post or personal delivery to that address.
  3. Any Appeals received after the final date shall not be considered by the County Registrar until after Polling Day for the above election.
